What this site collects, and why.

Browsing the site

This site doesn't use advertising trackers, and it doesn't set cookies of its own. It is hosted by Lovable, whose servers keep standard access logs (your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) for security and reliability. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees the same kind of request.

Workshop registration

The registration form on the Workshops page is a Google Form. When you register, it asks for:

• Your name, email, and (optionally) phone, so we can confirm your seat, send the venue address, and send the pre-workshop setup checklist.
• Your business name, type, and size, and which tools you use, so the session examples fit the room.
• One task you wish took less time, which is what we build on during the workshop and the topic of the free follow-up call if you want one.
• Whether you can bring a laptop, so we can pair people up.
• How you heard about the workshop. This is filled in automatically from the link you clicked (for example, a Craigslist or Facebook listing). It tells us which listings are worth posting again. It is not used to track you elsewhere.

Responses are stored in Google Forms and a linked Google Sheet inside Fulcrum's own Google Workspace account, which is protected by two-factor authentication and accessible only to Tim.

How we use it

• To run the workshop you registered for and send you the follow-up resources.
• To invite you to future workshops and, if you asked, to follow up about paid help. Every email has a plain reply-to-unsubscribe line, and one reply is enough.
• To count which listings produced sign-ups.

We don't sell or share your information, and we don't put your details into AI tools. Registration answers stay in the spreadsheet; they aren't used to train anything.

Booking a call

The "Schedule a call" buttons go to Calendly, which collects your name and email to create the appointment under Calendly's privacy policy.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep registration records so we can invite you to future sessions. To see or delete what we hold about you at any time, email tim@fulcrumeducation.org and it will be handled within 30 days.

Client work

Consulting engagements are covered by a written agreement and Fulcrum's information security program, summarized on the small-business page. Schools and districts receive a data-processing agreement.
