AI policy development
3–5 weeks
Board-ready policy and staff-facing guidance that balance protecting students with empowering teachers. Includes a review of what you already have, a draft you can adopt, and a session to walk your leadership team through it.
Professional development series
Fixed length, 2–6 sessions
A short series from the educator catalog, sequenced for your staff and delivered on site or virtually. AI for Educators, AI for Students, UDL, PBL, mastery grading, co-teaching, and trauma-informed practice are all available.
Custom tool builds
Scoped per project
Practical classroom and operational tools built on no-code and low-code platforms: student support apps, workflow automation, custom assistants for staff and families. Or, if you'd rather, hands-on training so your team can build their own.
Ongoing advisory is available by arrangement after a scoped engagement.
Special education and inclusion
Much of Tim's career has been in special education, and it shows up in every engagement: building teacher skills across general and special education, strengthening progress monitoring, designing behavior and SEL supports, and developing co-planning and co-teaching models. If inclusion is the goal, the AI strategy and the PD series are built to serve it.
