Tim Regalado, Ed.D.

Tim started in special education, where the job is making school work for the students it wasn't designed for. That shaped everything after it: behavior and SEL systems, curriculum design, co-teaching models, and the organizational change it takes to make any of it stick.

Today he leads a hybrid independent study high school and serves as the AI strategy lead for his school network: writing the policy, training the staff, and building the tools they use every day. He doesn't just advise on this work. He does it, inside a real school system, with real constraints.

He's also a builder. Fulcrum has shipped classroom tools, operations software that handles sensitive student records under a written security program, a children's story app, and free courses for students and teachers. That combination, educator first and builder second, is what Fulcrum brings to schools, and now to small businesses in Albuquerque that need AI set up practically, by someone who has done it before.
