Tim Regalado, Ed.D., is an educational leader with experience in special education, behavior and SEL, curriculum design, systems and organizational change, and AI adoption at every level of the school system — student, teacher, administrator, parent, and district. He doesn't just advise on these things; he implements them.

As the leader of a hybrid independent study program and an AI consultant inside his own school district, Tim builds the tools, runs the trainings, and ships the change he then helps others ship. His day job keeps him grounded in what schools actually look like — the messy, human, operational reality of running a program and serving students.

Tim founded Fulcrum because he kept seeing the same gap: schools want to do ambitious things with AI, inclusion, and instructional design, but the PD and consulting available to them is either too theoretical or too disconnected from practice. Fulcrum exists to close that gap — with workshops that leave teachers with usable skills, partnerships that stick around long enough to matter, and tools built by someone who understands the classroom they'll be used in.
